Energy Corps Announces Ariane Gauchat as Head of Partnerships

Pittsburgh, PA — April 14, 2026 — Energy Corps today announced the appointment of Ariane Gauchat as its new Head of Partnerships, responsible for leading engagement across U.S. government collaborations and grantee relationships. Gauchat will begin in mid-April.

“Ariane brings pragmatic, mission-driven leadership that will accelerate Energy Corps’ next phase of growth,” said Toby Rice, Founder and CEO of Energy Corps. “Her experience working across U.S. government agencies, development finance institutions and global partners, combined with her ability to turn partnerships into real operational progress, will be invaluable as we scale our impact. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Gauchat is a senior partnerships leader with more than 20 years of experience mobilizing governments, the private sector, and communities to deliver large-scale, locally led solutions. Most recently, she served as a Director of Inclusive Growth at the Palladium Group, where she led the Business Partnership Platform, overseeing the design and delivery of a large portfolio of multi-stakeholder partnerships across 17 countries.

Prior to Palladium Group, Gauchat spent 14 years with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), where she shaped agency-wide partnership strategy and managed complex relationships with governments, donors, and the private sector. She also served as a country lead overseeing the diplomatic engagement and technical development of major aid investments, including a $450 million education and land reform program in Morocco.

Gauchat holds a Bachelor of Art in International Relations from Brown University and a Master’s degree in International Development from Georgetown University and has completed an Executive MBA.
