Aileen Rice is Co-Founder and Director of Energy Corps. Before helping to launch Energy Corps, she helped build Rice Energy from the ground up, serving as Managing Director of Land Operations (2009–2017) and later Vice President of Land. During the company’s rapid growth, she worked closely with landowners and local communities, experiences that shaped her belief that energy is not just infrastructure, but opportunity.

Aileen joined EQT as a Senior Land Consultant in 2019 following its acquisition, where she led the transformation of the land department during a critical transition period. She rebuilt and restructured the land team, implemented streamlined workflows, and modernized systems to improve efficiency, accountability, and deal execution.

Aileen earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and a B.A. in English from the University of Central Florida. She is fluent in Spanish and remains active in her community as Director of the Girls Volleyball Program at St. Louise de Marillac School, where she has also volunteered as a coach for the past three years.
