Lindsey Slaughter is the Head of Operations at Energy Corps, where she leads internal operations, systems, and campaign infrastructure, ensuring that strategy, fundraising, and partnerships are aligned for meaningful impact. With more than two decades of experience in operations and business management, Lindsey specializes in guiding organizations through growth, transition, and increased complexity. She brings structure to ambiguity, aligns stakeholders around clear priorities, and establishes practical operating rhythms that allow teams to execute with focus and discipline.

Lindsey is also the Director of Operations at Adamantine Energy, where she partners with energy clients and firm leadership to translate strategy into execution. Previously, she worked at the Colorado Oil & Gas Association, where she led planning for the Rocky Mountain Energy Summit and managed member services and daily operations for the state’s largest oil and gas trade association. Lindsey studied Political Science at Texas A&M University and is passionate about equipping organizations with the systems and stewardship needed to turn big energy ambitions into real-world progress.
