Tisha Schuller builds and leads organizations at the intersection of energy, development, and public trust. As Head of Energy Corps, she is focused on turning the organization’s bold vision into disciplined execution— mobilizing industry, think tanks, policy, and development leaders to accelerate practical, locally-led solutions to energy poverty.
Tisha is the Founder and CEO of Adamantine Energy, where she advises energy companies and institutions on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and navigating disruption. Her career also includes leading the Colorado Oil & Gas Association through complex policy and public challenges and serving as a Vice President at Tetra Tech, where she managed large teams and major projects.
Her energy-for-development work includes serving as a strategic advisor to Stanford University’s Fuels of the Future Initiative and chairing Stanford’s 2017 symposium on reducing energy poverty. She also serves as chair of the board for the Breakthrough Institute, on the board of the Energy for Growth Hub, and on the National Petroleum Council, advising the U.S. Secretary of Energy across multiple administrations.
Her work is grounded in the belief that practical energy solutions unlock human potential.
